The IBC Malaysia Congress 2026 is the inaugural regional scientific meeting organised by the International Bariatric Club (IBC) Malaysia Chapter, in collaboration with IBC’s international academic leadership. The congress will convene regional and international experts to advance knowledge and clinical practice in obesity and metabolic care.

This meeting provides an important academic platform for engagement between healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders, facilitating the exchange of scientific knowledge, presentation of emerging technologies, and discussion of innovations across metabolic and bariatric surgery, endobariatric therapies, pharmacotherapy, and multidisciplinary obesity management.

Consistent with the International Bariatric Club’s non-profit educational mission, industry support contributes directly to academic initiatives, including educational access and training opportunities for healthcare professionals and trainees across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.
